yes it's the same hull, although comes with more basic outfitting as standard: connect river

however most of the ones I have seen come with the connect river plus (ie rachet backband etc)

Re: Scotland in February, enough water?

Yeah, impossible to tell really, could be all frozen could be rain could be snowmelt. There are a fair few grade 3/4 low water runs which probably go in low water. Spean Gorge, low etive etc

Re: Pinkston - how does it work?

Park and play is Monday night 1800-2030 or sat 1200 - 1430 first hour is 2 pumps second hour and a half all 3 (i think) you pay £5 to get a 'park and play membership for the year' not sure if this is mandatory or not and then a park and play session is £11.50. If you are there 15th of august there i...

Re: Beginner q: Getting swamped boat out of the water

Similar to Jims suggestion sit on the side of the pool with the boat upside down parallel to the wall put your legs (shins) under the boat and straighten your legs slowly (legs 3x stronger than arms) water will drain out until it will be easy to flip and light enough to lift out the pool to empty th...

Re: The Ossian Train Adventure

So I was hoping to do this, this weekend but I hear it takes a lot of water... there seems to be a bit of rain on Thursday but not a lot ... just thought I'd post up for advice ... does it run low or definitely need a good few days of rain and is it worth the trek if it's low?

Cheers

I use fluffy to describe rapids a lot. They look fluffy and white, and fluffy sounds nice and less intimidating.

I quite like using "splashy"
