Re: Pyranha Ammo (s) Quick Sale!

£450 for a welded Ammo? Don't think you will be getting a quick sale :o/
I would have thought more like £300.

Not trying to be an arse, but having bought and sold a good few boats, thought you might like to rethink the price (especially if you are wanting to sell quickly)

Re: Lakes rivers when low?

Thanks Patrick,

What's the Leven like when low? And how low is low??
Can you still run Backbarrow and anything to bee aware of?

Other considerations were the Crake, Brothay or Rothay. Any advice on these?

Thanks again :o)

Lakes rivers when low?

Hi all, Our club is in the lakes this weekend and were looking to do a river trip on Sunday, we were looking at the Lune but levels are quite low. Anybody got any suggestions for rivers in the area that hold their water well or can be ran low? The group is of mixed abilities so looking for rivers of...

Re: Pyrahna H3 235

For those who may not know, the H3 is the for-runner to the Burn. The average paddler you will not really be able to see much difference other than price! It is a very stable and confidence inspiring boat that holds it's own on all grades of river. Here are the specs; http://www.pyranha.com/disconti...

Dagger Caption SWWC for sale

Hi there, I'm looking to sell my Dagger Caption, it is fitted with the tripple saddle with adjustable footrests and two pairs of straps, also has new airbags front and back. It has been used and there are a few scrapes and scars as to be expected but there is still years of use left in the old girl ...

SWAP: Dagger Caption for smaller solo swwc

As it says in the title really! I have a Dagger Caption that is fitted out with the tripple saddle, straps and airbags. As I hardly ever go tandem it's mostly wasted on me, I'm looking to swap it for a slightly smaller swwc like an Ocoee, Rival or similar. I don't want to go too small like a playboa...

Re: Lune; lowest able to run?

We went on the Lune yesterday, the level showed .48 on the EA gauge. There was enough water to run the river without too much hassle, though there were a couple of places where it was a scrape. All the features were runnable, though a bit more technical than in higher water (especially the Strid). I...

Lune; lowest able to run?

Hi, I'm wanting to run the Lune tomorrow (Classic section Viaduct-Killington) but levels on EA guage are looking low. I know there is rain due overnight but wondered what is the lowest level it can be run? It's showing 5.5 at the moment (lowest I've ran it at are 0.8 on EA) Thanks in advance for any...

Re: dry suit info please!

Hiya, I've got the Lomo Renegade. I've found it to be a great drysuit, especially for the price, it's as good as all the other suits I've seen for far more money! It has all the same features twin waist, relief zip etc as the more expensive brands and the materials are solid well put together. I did...

Wanted: H3-235 or Burn S

Hi Guys n gals, As the title says, I'm on the lookout for a Small H3 (235) or Small Burn. Don't have a huge pot to play with but will pay a fair price, With this in mind, I'll consider a welded/scruffy as long as it's usable. Based in Bury but happy to travel for a good boat. Baccy tin. Halton Rapids

Hi all,

Bit of a long shot but has anyone found a baccy tin, probably left on the 'platform' in the car park?
It's a gold tin with a 'Moto psycho' logo on the front.

Was lost on 12th feb. Not holding out much hope as there is so much foot traffic there, but thought it's worth an ask.

Cheers
