if you cant get the rotatation it could be down do your head, when i cartwheel i look over my shoulder which engages your hips into place and helps with the rotation, see if that helps next time your on the water

what i do is line myself up so im flush with the wave then lean back and push my toes forwards to generate loop rotation and hight from the kayak, as my feet begin to go over my head i curl into a ball with my paddles on my chest (or push my head towards my knees) which helps with the momentum, the ...

Sounds like Trent Belly to me, so see a doc, weils (leptispirosis) has cold/flu like symptoms that dont appear right away, you get this over a period of time If you paddle at HPP i find a bottle of coke before and after your session will help kill off the harmful bacteria, if you think im joking abo...

1 Knife
5m flip line
3 lockable krabs
plumbers tape in case of spontanious holes
2 prussiks
1 pulley
and a partridge in a pear tree
a few coins in case i need to use the phone in the event of an emergency

i know that statement isnt true, in fact i have on numerous occasions had fish come close to my kayak to investigate and see what is floating above them, i have also fed carp bits of bread from my boat which were no more than a foot away
