I'm not terribly media savvy. Is there no one on here that could influence lobby are national press to take up this story.

At the very least it should be trending on twitter and all over Facebook like a rash.

Yet it is the same passionate few who bear the torch for all.

Re: BCU Communications!

Of course the whole thing already discriminates against people without computers, be they old enough not to have 'got into' them or poor enough not to be able to afford one. So maybe 'age' was a valid question to ensure they get a fair mix but then they should ask about household disposable income....

Why is your coaching qualifications no longer valid

Why is your coaching qualifications no longer valid when your BCU membership lapses? Tom as already given me a good answer over on SOTP but i would like a wider range of views. One needs to be an active coach and up to date. UKCC level 1 2 3 is the coaching side. MWE AWE and WWSR belong to BCU. Ther...

As they has statutory obligation to promote recreation what are they doing to to improve access to inland water for non powered craft.

Did the EA accept that the law currently allows access to all navigable inland water?

Unlikely, the BCU/CE staff seem incapable of answering direct questions clearly.

Re: CE reply to John Wood's access questions on FB

Another nail in the coffin of BCU/CE. Why are people surprised by the lack of action within the BCU on access. We need regime change, the current leadership are far more interested in their own positions and funding streams than actually fighting for the rights of ordinary recreational paddlers.
