A Mod Water Endorsed(WW) Coach can deliver/provide 3* WW courses once they have fulfilled a few pre-requesites in the logbook that gets issued with that endorsement. They then have to observe/shadow/"observed deliver" a few (as many as required for them to be at sufficient standard to deliver) and g...

Re: Pyrhana Nano - Light ??????

What does it paddle like? Got to say, I was a total cynic, but had a medium out on the Upper and Middle Conwy last Friday and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Paddler size-wise I would have been better off in the large (at a touch over 6'1"), but did fine with just booties rather than Canyoneers ...

Re: Mapledurham or Sunbury?

Checked Sunbury out which was indeed a flat little wave train. A few front surfs were possible. It provided a good little work out but we weren't exactly playboating. Headed to Shepperton next, which had a more than surfable flushy, but slightly messy wave surfer's right to middle. There was some go...

Mapledurham or Sunbury?

Hi chaps, Heading out for little play tomorrow morning, but will only have time to head to one spot. Not being a Thames Valley local reading up suggests Mapledurham or Sunbury will be the best bets in current conditions. Have had a look at TVF but no updates for a couple of days. Anyone had eyes on ...

Re: Typhoon Drysuit warranty^

Just for my curiosity - is it exactly the same fabric as that delaminating one? Ive got a feeling, that my new drysuit is less blueish inside. The patches seemed bluer and darker. So, after a quick trip back to the shop and them getting onto Typhoon for me, the suit is going to be replaced. A littl...

Aye, no panel replacements, but some really solid patching over complete internal panels. They look well bonded. However, use today revealed yet another panel completely separating (ie. delaminating) so it's going to have to go back again. Will see what happens...

Just had my other half's 10 month old Multisport Ladies suit go back. There was considerable delamination on a good number of the panels. They've patched everything, retaped all over the place and replaced the seals free of charge as the material failure was pretty extensive and we weren't best plea...
