Oh WoW that’s beautiful , I would love one of those, how much would one of those cost to buy the only commercial one I know of is from Novorca ( http://novorca.com/ ) in the US, there may be others but it's not something I have looked into. A carbon Novorca paddle starts at US$395 plus shipping acr...

Re: First Sea Kayak - NorthShore Atlantic RM

Hi Richard! I have paddled a NorthShore Calypso for some years, and still do from time to time. Not exactly the same as the Atlantic but as far as I know the Atlantic was made from the Calypso. The shape of the hull is the same as far as I know. I think that the Atlantic has a larger or higher fored...

This photo was taken during a daytrip to the island Nidingen, west coast of Sweden. What is unique with Nidingen is that it is the only place in Sweden where the Black-legged Kittiwake or Rissa tridactyla breeds. Here they are in one of the small windows in one of the old lighthouses. http://farm4.s...

Hi! Here is my opinion...or thoughts...I also use a Kokatat Meridian, I deliberately chose the Meridian just to avoid a bulky hood. Instead I use the Reed high vissibility hood, the hood goes over the latex gasket (on the outside) and the neoprene over-seal goes over the hood, the hood between the l...
