Am appauled by what I am seeing here but it does not suprise me, FAW is a course designed fo people who work in the office/factory environment and not outdoors although some organisations like REC and ITC do provide FAW for outdoor instructors and includes all you will come across, I have been teach...

2 years ago I ordered a custom pair of werners from my local shop (great service there) who passed it on to system x, waited the 6 weeks and gave them a call, said not arrived yet, after 10 weeks they finally did and wern;t what I ordered but I put up with it. 7 weeks ago ordered a similar set again...
