Hi All just an update on the water levels over here. Went for a walk today and i can report that the Nant Peris is Frozen, the two lakes at the top of the Nantgrwyd are also frozen over. Nantgrwyd is also frozen in places. Didn't walk up the Cwm Lan but guess that parts of that will also be frozen. ...

Yep did it on Sat. Was running a new 4* training. Ran from Tarr to Dulverton It was just under the steps at Tarr. So was perfect for them, minimal rock all day. Have run it a foot over Tarr, but that is in the fields and you are in the trees. You need to be a very strong on site river runner at that...

Water levels low at the this end and dropping no rain yet.

Not sure re the llugwy or conwy, but believe that unless it has rained the other side of the mountain then everything will be low.

Cheers for the tip.

Used it loads at the end of courses last few years.

Haven't run the Conwy for a while try to avoid it when paddling socially.
So will try the cafe when that way next.
