Rockstar is an incredibly hard boat to learn basic moves in, find your self an S6 or simlar slicy boat to pratice in.
I took me a year to get a consistent bowstall, but now I do it with out thinking. keep plugging and it will eventually work.

Oh and we bumped in to a group of fishermen now you come to mention in, very nice they were too, and they definitely didn't have a problem with us being there.

I paddled the llugwy on saturday arvo and today with a group, it was a low level but nowhere near the idiodict levels I have seen some people paddle It.
