Try the Wye with the Forestry Comission campsite at Biblins (google it for details) not exactly SE but meets the other criteria.

Sorry if people got the wrong impression! Didn't put it up as I am anti fishing in any way, I meant it more to be that the talk on here is all about what we can share. There are groups out there that just want a total ban on various sports. I have never had problems with fishermen in and around Oxfo...

Anyone local know what the levels are doing? Phoneline said .38 at Brecon. Is it raining out there?

Fat Face vouchers.

Santa brought me 2 x £50 Fat Face vouchers, which was very kind but not what I really needed. Any sensible offers? £45 each?

I enjoy the site, one of the few internet sites I visit regularly. Personally I would have no problem with people making money out of something done well and not appearing to be biased in any way. The fact it is done not for profit out of your own time/pocket/income from site (delete as appropriate)...

Getting a custom paint job on a helmet is not uncommon in motorcycling so try someone like these for advice on paints and decals that are ok to use. http://www.bikepaints.co.uk/

Ah, I had had started to miss reading the "W" rubbish but they have managed to produce some more. Any chance of some more demonstration videos? I particularly liked the one where the guy falls on his ass and it is put down as a transition from standing to sitting.

Hi,
I'm in a similar position to you, I tried H3 and a LL Hoss but eventually got a Mamba. The Hoss was nice but I couldn't find any 2nd hand for reasonable money. I was put off the H3 as I had an I4 and the fittings were water soluble, first time wet and bits got loose and plastic rivets disappeared.

Would you send a personal cheque or money order to this seller? All their feedback seems to be for non items sold for £1.44. May be quicker just to get a small pile of cash and set fire to it!

Grade 2-3 within 2-3 hours of Oxford?

For those of us who are not yet up to running some of the exciting looking stuff on here what can people recommend? Have done a bit of Gr 2-3 and want to do more and improve. Thanks.

Thanks to both of you for the advice. I have emailed James for more info. Haven't paddled that exact boat but it is quite light. (Experienced oilcanning on some of the PE boats.) I have heard good things about the new corelite boats from Mobile Adventure, anyone know more?

Hi, I have been offered one of these in good condition for £600. Good price? Opinions on the boat? I will use it solo and occasionally 2 up for mainly flat water but want to progress and try easy whitewater. Any other suggestions or offers accepted. Budget £600 as I need to get paddles etc as well. ...

New 3 months ago and flatwater use only. Scrapes to bottom from launching but nothing major. Airbag footrest hardly used and built up foam one in the boat. Just bought a Mamba 8.5 (I am 6'1" 110 kgs) and liked it better than the H3 255 that I paddled a few times. I also have an I4 L. There seems to be a noticeable difference in the quality of the plastic and fittings in favour of the Dagger. The Mamba seat is all day comfy for me because it doesn't hav...
