Club membership fees

Hi I'm in the process of forming a new canoe club in West Norfolk. Part of this involves setting fees for club events and annual membership. I'd be interested to read what other clubs charge for annual membership and what categories they offer, boat hire/usage and the weekly club night or any course...

FS Repaired Dagger Nomad 8.5

2 splits in hull, professionally welded by Sues Canoes, Norfolk. Boat is watertight and would make an excellent flatwater/intermediate boat.

Usual scratched, small dents and dings from whitewater usage.

£250 ono. Happy to courier at cost price if needed.

Pictures here.

West Norfolk Canoe Club

We're trying to start up a new canoe club in West Norfolk. At the moment we're looking to draw interest from anyone that paddles in this area, ideally has their own kit (as we currently have none, but we're working on that!). If you're looking for people to paddle with in this region, or for trips a...

Re: Reviving Rainchasers

Great job Rob! Really like the site even in its early format. I'm about to download the Satnav POI files too, is that every access/egress for all the rivers on the site so far?

Keep up the good work, I'm certainly appreciating it.

North Wales 8/9th October

Hi

If anyone's paddling this weekend in N.Wales this weekend that can cope with a couple of extras in the group it would be much appreciated.

Both of us competent on G3/4 (5) and have WWSR, we have transport so can help with shuttles too.

Many thanks

evolvedlight wrote:Nice. What date did you paddle this on? We did it 3 days ago on Friday, at very similar levels to this. That tree you see just before the hardcore bit is still there. You can avoid it by hitting right of those rocks.

We paddled it a couple of times during our hol, we were there 18th to 25th June.

Re: Fort William Water Levels

Hoping to drive up for the Easter Bank Holiday, will it be worth it, has there been, or forecast much local rain? What are the low water options at current levels?

Any help appreciated, can't afford to waste the fuel for a walking holiday!

Lost Werner Paddles on Upper Dart

Hi A friend who was paddling with Richard Brooks on the night section of the 24 hour charity paddle on the Dart on Friday night lost his Werner paddles, blue blades, sidekicks I believe on the boulder garden below Pandorra's box. I understand that these have been found by someone paddling a green nomad today and wearing a sweet strutter. The paddles have my name and number on them written in silver on the blade, if the number is difficult to read, please contact me on 07736 611585. Thanks
