It's done me good until fag butts were discarded onto it, the perils of leaving a boat outside a flat!

Yeah, Neil is involved in most of those paddles mentioned (DD, Lendal, streamlyte), as a v. good surf kayaker and in the industry, knows his stuff about blade shape and pre-preg layups - so there's little difference between them all. What can also differ is the quality of workmanship, price and serv...

Sounds like you're after something specific, Pete at Streamlyte can make you something that works. He'll put a layup together to make what you need and it's a good blade shape. I like a stiff paddle for surf as it's all in the first couple of strokes, you don;t want any delay. Carbon provides the st...

I think there was a similar thread with someone wanting ideas for a location in the NW not so long back. The person delivering the course is best to decide where to run it and if he/she hasn't got any ideas then they should know the people that do - (if its a BCU one then the CCP could only really a...

Surf kayak bags

What do people use? I'm looking to get a more robust one, padding etc. and have been looking at the boardies coffin style bags (rhino 5 board look good). I know canyongear will make them to size too, but just wondering if there's a cheaper option first...

July 4th, Scottish Daily Express, pg 15 has a neat article too, I would of missed it if it wasn't for the nice shot of possible Ben White, some Team Pyranha paddler anyway.
Nice exposure whoever was involved with this.

Just to add a voice of balance, the Jefe is the most popular creekboat for some time and so by the law of averages, there will be some crash and burns - I'm on my second boat but had some great customer service and hopefully the early blemishes have been rolled out by now.
