Hello, would you take £300 for it? If so, could I collect it tomorrow as I'm heading to the Pyrenees to go paddling, thanks

Re: FS: Pyranha Fusion with Connect 30 outfitting
I'm looking for a Fusion and I am in Fort William this weekend, I was just looking at the photos, am I right in thinking you've drilled through the boat in multiple places?
Do you still have the Connect 30 outfitting that appears to be removed?

Looks like they may have inadvertently created some more parking for us at the get on, we'll see if that remains.

European Snow Pack?
Hey guys I'm looking to be out in Europe at the beginning of July for two weeks boating so I'm wondering what the snow pack looks like? We were out in Austria/Switzerland in Landeck and Engadine last year so it would be nice to do something new so I'm hoping there is loads of snow to keep the other ...

Re: Pyrenees White Water June Advice
The Noguera Pallaresa has about 53km is nice grade 3 with some 4 thrown in. The earlier the better for more water out there but it is dam fed which releases like clockwork for 4 hours per day between the 15th of April and the 15th of October in an agreement the local council and rafting companies ha...

Re: European grade 3 (4) in mid-June
The Noguera Pallaresa is dam fed and releases like clockwork for 4 hours per day between the 15th of April and the 15th of October in an agreement the local council and rafting companies have with the hydro owners as it boosts tourism. There are some lovely sections with continuous grade 3 and a lit...

Landeck 6th of the 18th of July
We are heading out to Landeck, arriving on the evening of the 5th of July, we are planning to paddle the normal grade 4 stuff, Sanna, various sections of the Inn etc. We are in one car so to avoid breaking out the folding bike is anyone else out in the area around this time and want to join up for s...

Re: Boats hire in the French Alps?
I was planning to get a hire car, trying to get a car with rails to mail the roof rack situation a whole lot easier. We got a Merc (still not sure how we wangled that!) with rails last time and put a handirack on it and it worked pretty well.

Boats hire in the French Alps?
Hi folks I am wanting to fly out to the French Alps to do a bit of paddling in the summer. We are up in Aberdeen so flying seems like a good option. I am struggling to find an airline that will take us and our boats for a reasonable price so I am wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that will hire ...

I was out there last year with Aquaplay Scotland , as Becca says RocRoi are the main outfit in town who would be able to hire you a boat etc. The Noguera Palaressa has a lot of grade 2-3 with some 4 on it. Its dam released so runs everyday for 4 hours between the 15th of April and the 15th of Octobe...

It was discussed a while ago here but maybe with more people using mobiles and tablets it'll be revisited, it would be good to get TapaTalk working for UKRGB.

Re: BCU ukcc level 3 vs ukcc level 2 with MWE
This isn't as straight forward as a which is better, it depends what you are looking to do. Both qualifications allow you to coach on the same remit of water but the UKCC Level 3 is a higher qualification as it shows you can work with groups on annual development plans. There is a lot of the coachin...

Re: Online Logbook Idea
I use the BCU standard layout with a few extra columns in a Excel spreadsheet which I have uploaded to Google Docs so I can update it quickly and easily from anywhere. It's also very handy for sharing with assessors etc. I have filters for canoe and kayak and my role in the event, eg coach, leader, ...

West Water by Edzell - Pipe Danger
The 2 foot wide pipe that was hanging over the North Esk is still in place at the West Water. We went to run the loops rapid after running the upper today and found the pipe was right on the surface across the width of that section. Hopefully this will be removed in due course but it currently makes...

There is a low metal wire across the Dye at a dangerous height. It is around 500-700 metres after the portage around the railway sleeper bridge. There is a high, 1 inch rope which is very visible then the metal wire is directly below and less obvious, this has been put in since last spring. I will f...

Sorry to hyjack the thread a little but I have a go pro on the way. What method to people use to fix the camera to their helmets? Are the sticky pads strong enough? Sticky pads and a some decent string tied somewhere is what we normally do. If you headbutt a rock upside down the pads can come off S...

Why do they not have to clear it up like dog walkers have to? I was out for a cycle last night and I was thinking just that as I ploughed through another horse deposit. Poop and scoop.... they just need a bigger scoop. I didn't think this video was very balanced, there is a duty on both sets of rid...
