RIVER NEVIS (Polldubh Falls to Fort William) - rather more mellow than the upper section. (photos)
RIVER ORCHY (Loch Tulla to Bridge of Orchy) - a good training trip.
RIVER OSSIAN - an easy but remote paddle.
RIVER PEAN - remote walk-in.
RIVER SPEAN (Roybridge to Spean Bridge) - the easiest section of the Spean.

ALLT CAM GHLINNE - spate ditch at the top of Glen Etive. (photos)
ALLT CHEANNA MHUIR - slabs and slides near Loch Arkaig.
RIVER COE (Loch Achtriochtan to Glencoe Visitor Centre) - there's more to do in Glencoe than just gawp at the scenery. (photos)

DOUGLAS WATER - a short trip near Loch Lomond with a scary waterfall. (photos)
