Torbaysurfing.co.uk is running a petition to stop the local council placing parking meters along Paignton sea front where, during the winter months (it's closed for pedestrains throughout the summer), parking is currently free and it's great access for water users.

Please can you spend a couple of minutes helping our cause and helping out for the good of everyone.

That sucks. The mayor of Torbay is already going mad on developing everything (some of it a good idea).
But the NCP, who run the parking it Torbay already hunt in packs and will give out tickets to every one for anything, cars parked in my parents road with wheels on the pavement got ticketed in the middle of the night.
If there are parking meters put on Paignton sea front then all that will happen is the fat tits in blue hats will wonder up and down there all day time watching.
The NCP scheam costs the tax payers of Torbay millions each year.
Get rid of them.
