I've had a few requests for help with this so I've put some notes together to help.

I'd appreciate it if someone was able to have a look at them and see whether they make sense, and actually work! (I've tested them myself, but I'd like someone else to test for readability and accuracy!)

It's here

Regs, Mike.

Looks good to me.
Very clear.
Liked the screen dumps.

Perhaps an improvement, might be to have larger headings
"I want to insert a picture"
"I want to insert a link to a picture"
"I want to insert a link to another website/page"

Oh No! Does this mean I'll have to post my own photos instead of getting you to do it! You know what a poor, helpless, female I am Mike (when I want to be!)

Yes Helen!

Thanks all for PM's and input - revised version just gone up, notable additions being sub-headings, typocorrections, url not URL etc etc. (Refresh your browsers!)

I'd be interested in knowing how it sits from the perspective of different learning styles incidentally. VAK (not auditory obviously) and Kolb's 4.

Awsome Mike,
Will save some explaining but if it is not too too much hassle I don't suppose you would add in how to quote somebody with there name as this seems to need to be explained to at least one person a week.

Really good though, keep up the good work,

Denzil

Thanks to all who made suggestions and comments - the Sea Site / Almanac now has a link to this article at the bottom of the Contents list, so it's there for posterity, or thereabouts.

Don't know where in UKRGB it could be noted for broader reference - - ?

That is really helpful - I'll stick the link in my favourites and remember to direct folk towards it.

I did wonder about modifying the FAQ page to add a few UKRGB/UKSKGB specific questions, but I don't know how many people would look there.

I've just added a Quick Summary .PDF to the instructions. It's only 2 pages so folk can easily print and keep for reference.

I'm bored now, so no more changes.
