Nice to watch a video from a different camera position. As well as seeing the river you get a good view watching the paddle strokes, would be good training video.
Your strokes seem so different to mine, your more relaxed, and you don't seem to a attact the big waves or lean and rest on them. I would hate to see what I would look like from behind. Nice video.

Awesome stuff.
Makes me very jealous.
The weather, the shorty cag, the water. Oh man, I wish I had gone on a boating trip this year.
Cool stuff, keep up the good work.

Love the angle! The Inn shoot is a great river, wish I was back in Austria now.
How did you make the mount?

Its a home made aluminium frame which then screws into the rear grab handle. The GoPro then mounts onto a flat plate at the top. It's a bit disconcerting having it sticking out above you like that especially after taking a couple of rolls.....

Re: Austrian fun!!
Nice video,
I´m just trying to make some similar mounts that can be quickly changed from kayak to kayak. How high roughly do you have the camera? Below head height or above?
I figured if it´s a little higher it will give a better view of the river ahead, although is probably harder to roll with. I´ll post some pics when I have a successful prototype.
Cheers,
Ted

Ted - I'll send you an email of the drawing used to fabricate the mount up.
Cheers Raymondo - next one might feature you.....
