Hi All, Going to Tenby with my family next week for our hols and managed to convince my wife to let me bring my Kayak so while they`re on the beach relaxing I can go for a paddle! So the Question being where, and how easy a 2 hour paddle around Tenby would be? having limited knowlede of the area!

It so happens that I nipped into Tenby just after last weekend, although the weather wasn't great; kept looking at things saying, "This would be nice in Summer. Oh wait..."

What type of boat will you be taking?

You could go along the shore, or nip over to Caldey Island.

Access the water from the car park at South Beach (Battery Road / Esplanade)

The usual warnings concerning awareness of weather, tides, surf, other boats and emergency kit apply....

Weather looks good for next week.....

Hi, I have a 10 foot crossover Kayak with a drop down skeg at the moment, would be ok for a bit of rockhoping or easy coastal paddling depending on conditions!
