It's that time of year again.............

Windermere Canoe Kayak is proud to present the fourth annual
‘Summer Solstice Lake Race’

The Lake District is home to England’s largest natural lake. Be a part of this historic event and race on Windermere.

Race Day 16th June

There is an option for you regardless of your canoeing or kayaking ability:-

1.) Long Course (10.5) miles - Experienced only - no ‘Sit on Tops’.
2.) Standard Course (5.5 miles) - Most participants with reasonable experience will enter this event.
3.) Basic Hire Session – Not a race and most suited to beginners/ little experience.

The cost to take part in the race is only £12 (there is an additional cost for hiring equipment)

For this fee you will gain entry into the Long OR Standard race and you will receive a complimentary ‘Bacon Butty’ for all your efforts once you finish - and you may even win a prize!
