Seems to have been hanging around over Ireland, North Wales & the Midlands since midnight and looks to stay there into the afternoon before clearing to the east. It was heavy over the south before then but didn't last...

& I'm not convinced that North Wales is going to go high enough to paddle (in mid Wales the Cerist had a small peak after midnight, but has dropped off), the Nant Peris & Colwyn show a small rise at 0645 hours.
