Boat stolen Red wavesport diesal in exeter

On tuesday 24th April between the time of 2100 - 2200hrs some one has stolen a red wavesport diesal from exeter quay near havenbank. The boat was on top of a car and was taken. There is a name scratched in to the boat on the inside, its also contains a pair of splits in the bank with a group shelter and first aid kit.
