Just had some first class customer service from Palm that seems worth highlighting.

Have a Newfoundland cag that is about 18 months old which was bought from WW the Canoe Centre. It had only been lightly used, but the hood fabric started to delaminate. Contacted palm...Then sent cag in... and two days later brand new replacement was sent out, no wait or further hassle! Obviously not great to have a fabric delaminating, but brilliant to see a company really making an effort to put things right.
