Access at Gravesend

I'm wondering where is best to park in Gravesend. It looks like the slipway to use is "NewBridge Causeway":

..and although there appears to be a car park at "The Terrace" nearby, it looks slightly dodgy. A better looking option, a bit further away, in on "Gordon Promenade E" here:

Does anyone with familiarity with the area have any specific recommendations? We'll need access near LW. Is it possible to get into "Commercial Place" and is there any parking there (doesn't look like it)?

Confirmed; Newbridge Causeway works and the place to park is at Gordon Promenade E.
