Randy is correct :-) The Trent at Wolseley Bridge (Sometimes called Colwich bridge), before the water gets mucked up!

OK it's a bit of a toughie as its rather close up with no real clues.
Now should I give some geographical clues or maybe a picture showing the view upstream I wonder?
In the meantime -- someone should have a guess at why the paddler has a certain degree of infamy... :-)
