Postby Ollie5 » Sun Mar 04, 2012 8:00 pm

Hi, I am trying to pad out my playboat but the self adhesive does not stick to the hard foam very well, can somebody let me know the correct adhesive to use to stick foam to foam please. Thanks

Give these guys a bell and ask for aerosol glue. Sticks like s**t to a blanket.
Also the place to buy your foam.

Impact adhesive, as above - but if it's not sticking well enough, coat both surfaces, allow to dry fully, then recoat and use as normal.

Thix-o-fix is the best in my opinion - but harder to find.

Go to a proper builders merchant and get some of the green Evo-Stick. Sticks like a Burn to the riverbed of the Conwy.

Bostik A3 is the right glue for that purpose. It´s also in the "sniffers" top3, so make sure to have a proper ventilation

You need to double glue - http://www.unsponsored.co.uk/press/?p=339

Scroll down to the Glue section.
