No boating for me!

Being a poor (financially) father at home, I don't get to go very much. Please feel sorry for me.

Feel for you Eric, thankfully having a very understanding other half who knows what I'm like if I don't get out the house, little ones not quite so understanding though and at 1 month he's still a while off coming with me.
But, not paddling twice a week anymore I can't stay on top of the prelude like you need to be so mines up too, viewtopic.php?f=10&t=87735 If I can find a Ocoee for a decent price I'll stay with the OC, otherwise I'll have to sell out and do my whitewater in a kayak....
Rum and coke, best served by the pint.

Another nooooo....

If you do sell the boat please do us all a favour and keep the rest of your kit. We'll sort you out with a boat whenever you need one!

Seconded... Though if it comes to it, I'm sure we could sort you out with kit too.

In a related note do you still have your slalom boat?

Ta all,
Have no intention on selling kit until I'm really in the gutters! Did hope to hook up, at some distant point, with some generous folks who would loan me a craft.
Yes Josh, still got boat with skirt. Also improved strap system. You can have it for a pint if you pick it up (might even offer you the pint actually).

Anyways, not parting with it below stated price. Not worth my losing it for less... so might still be boat endowed and petrol-less for all I know.

I was just checking that you'd still have some form of kneeling watercraft, it might be long, fragile and decked but it's still better than nought.

(and I certainly couldn't accept a pint from you, I still owe you a cooked breakfast from around this time last year!)

Only ever kneeling for me, whatever happens. My back will never allow it, even if my heart was showing signs of wavering which is not the case anyway! Quite agree with your signature on this site.

Don't fret about pint/ breakfast. What goes around comes around. Always found it to be true.
