Help I have lost my fairly new Powerhouse carbon crank on the Brendon bit of the est Lyn. It may be stuck to the bottom on the 2 teir fall about half way down that bit. Please call me on 07855 250506 or 07894 060603 if you find it. Will buy beers for whoever does!

Will have a look next time I am up there. Are you saying they were lost during the fall or after it? Can you be precise? (We spoke in the car park after your run down)

Hi mate - the exact location for the paddle is a double drop above watersmeet so on the brendon bit of the river. I will try to descibe the drop to you as best as I can. There are 2 falls which you run together the first is approx 5ft with a boof on river right into a channel or a chute on river left straight into the second drop which is a weird corner flake into a second slot. I had definately made it past the flake as I thought that I had creamed the move. Surprised to be upside down I am fairly sure I kept hold of my paddles for a bit until I hit my head a couple of times and thought best to let go and get out of there. Shortly down stream there is a tree in the water but we had a really good look on that. Someone has mentioned that there is some sort of undercut that they may have gone into. I am just hoping that the river levels have dropped for a short while and released the paddle from somewhere. If you do find it please let me know and I will pay postage and buy you beers etc.
