Where does one get that muliti-coloured foam that people use to make a block for a high kneeling C1?

The multicolour stuff you get by blagging old foam floats from your local swimming pool or in white/grey by recycling the foam buoyancy blocks out of old boats. WWRs are good for this as they are fairly cheap when knackered and have the biggest blocks of foam. You can also buy minicell foam from paddling shops eg http://www.whitewaterthecanoecentre.co.uk/shop/product.php?productid=101
