Just wondering if anyone else has paddled this gem of a burn? It runs of the back of Ben Lawers alongside the Loch Tay-Glen Lyon road to join the Lyon at Bridge of Balgie. We ran it mid January 2011 after walking away from some other tribs as they looked a bit mental.. Lovely continuous bedrock action, mostly grade 4 with a sprinkling of 5's and portages, with a clean 25 footer to finish!

Saw it in spate last August when struggling up the road climb there. Sometimes looked like a low volume mini etive.

Hahahaha, I love a good "first decent".

Good effort though lads, cracking run isnt it!!
Shame you walked the best drop though, the 8m fall is as sweet as it looks! Its not super deep but with water its deep enough.
