Arisaig Last Weekend^

While the rest of you were at the Perth Show or descending the Tay, a couple of mates and I headed to Arisaig despite the forecast midweek.

Nothing special, but a great trip with great company!

Very Jelous.

Myself and 4 others had a trip round Jura planed for this week however the weather forcast didn't look promosing so we resorted to Plan B

Tayvallich to The falls of lora.

We wern't so lucky with the weather though force 6/7 occasionaly 8's were forcast we didnt get the 8's but the 6 and sevens were there. luckily they were with us meaning we did our trip in 2 and a bit days, one of which as very laid back and spent a couple of hours in a pub, out camp sites however had alot to be desired

And as for pictrures a broke the lense on my camera within 2 hours of being there.

Looks like you cought the best of the weather

I have wanted to paddle this area for a few years now, but never got round to it. Your post/pics, has again highlighted the fact that I will have to get up there next year. Thanks.

Great pics

We saw a basking shark by your lauching spot in Glen Uig late May. It finished off a fantastic 7 day trip out to Egg and back

Great trip and great pictures!

I think every trip out of Arisaig is a bit special in some way; and it looks like you had super weather for it. Breakfast looked challenging to prepare though......

all the best
