Re: RIVER WEAVER/ WEAVER NAVIGATION
Hi,
Just want to say that the site is great and will no doubt become our 'bible'.
Me and my wife are in the process of buying our first ever kayaks and want to get into the sport so now we know where to go and where to put in has answered loads of questions.
Just one obvious one that I feel a bit daft asking actually!! If we drive our car to a specific spot, launch our kayaks and then have a great afternoon on the water, how do we get back to our car if we are 3 hours downstream??
any help is much appreciated

Re: RIVER WEAVER/ WEAVER NAVIGATION
What most folk do is set up a "Shuttle"This is easy to do if you have two cars, you leave one at where you are going to get off and the other one at the beginning. If you dont have others who may have a car to paddle with them you could either walk, jog, cycle or get a taxi.
It may be worth you looking into joining a club, there you will find lots of other paddlers and sorting out a shuttle becomes very easy.
Hope this helps
