Sandbanks-Swanage-Sandbanks sea kayak race

First uk sea kayak racing event will be the above on Feb 25th.

meeting at Banks Road car park 10:30 am ish Sandbanks, Poole.

This race will have the usual split classes.

A Unlimited for anything goes spec kayaks, K1s

B Tourers 18 foot max length and 50cms min width.

Start time 12pm

Head to Swanage 6 1/2 miles and stop at Harbour, this is lap 1 and times taken.

Return to Sandbanks and finish and times taken.

1st 2nd 3rd in each class.

Types of kayaks in Unlimited class we get are Nelo Sea Vanquish, Sipre Katabatic, Sisson Evolution, Valley Rapier 20 and all very long and thin boats welcome but not K1s.

12 mile harbour course if weather too bad
