torridon/inverness/speanbridge kayaking partners wanted!

hey Am back home in the loch carron area for a few weeks and am looking to get out on the rivers as much as possible. iv boated quite extensivly in the highlands before.
willing to travel reasonable distances for decent water... grade 3 - 5.
I also mountain bike and would be up for hucking up for some rides too!
