Relaxed west Wales sea paddling

I'm heading to Stackpole and or St Davids from next thurs for 10 days, looking at doing sensible condition paddling, hugging the coast, caves etc if anyone fancies meeting up, trips will be relaxed aqua rambles rather than epic full on beardy type stuff, not that theres anything wrong with facial hair unless you are a "lady", though where I live female facial hair is the norm and considered quite fashionable, not bothered what sort of boat you paddle, river/sit on/inner tube whatever but it must be capable of staying afloat for at least 30 minutes at a time, you must be reasonably well equipped please , I paddle a perception expression 14 tourer, not that thats relavant or even interesting, but what a great kayak !
