Pyreneese, Alps, Norway - summer 2011

Hi All!

I'm traveling around on fellowship this year - kayaking all over the place. Looking for some people that might be interested in traveling around and paddling in a small group. Perhaps use a car / people carrier to haul kayaks, gear and ourselves. We can camp all around. We could begin in April, perhaps in the Pyrenees, then Northern Italy and around the alps (Switzerland, Austria, etc.) from Mid-may through June. We could make a mad dash up to Norway for the end of June through July. Camping out of the car, living cheaply, splitting gas, all about the kayaking.

This will be a creeking mission, mostly grade 4+? Let me know if anyone in interested in doing all or part of this trip!

That sounds pretty good I would be interested. Just got a problem with working means I can only take a week, 2 weeks at the most at one time. But let me know on details as soon as things become more definate.

Sounds like it could be interesting, am not back in the uk till febuary but if I manage to get work sorted for when I get back would be well up for that trip. PM or e mail me any more ideas.

Awesome that there is some interest.

I'm in Chile right now, and will be heading to Europe sometime in April. I will be paddling around until the end of July. It would be awesome to get a crew together for any part of this trip! Perhaps starting in the Pyrenees in Spain or just heading to Northern Italy to start.
