Lakes/North Wales water levels

Heading out paddling tommorow (Saturday), am based in Liverpool so are planing to head either to the Lakes or North Wales.

Be great of anyone could better inform me of the water levels at either location so we can make a decison by this evening.

It hasn't rained in the Lakes all week. However the Leven is still a medium high after all the rain last week. The Kent should still be an alright mediumish level and I presume the lake fed stuff will still be doable, there was a lot of rain last wkend.
