Someone should show time team, I can see a definite circular earthwork in the middle of Weymouth bay that looks to me like an enmormous iron age enclosure or hill fort.....
It's at least twice the diameter of Lulworth cove but I think that makes it more important :-)
The entrance even faces due west towards the setting sun!

I was particularly impressed by the river gorges clearly visible to the south of that landform.

Great piece of work, I'd be surprised that the ring is a man made structure when you consider the level of erosion around the bay cliff's then I'd expect any Iron Age structure on what is now the sea bed to have been destroyed as it must be 50M+ below where is was when it was land.

Saying that it does spookily look man made :-)
