Hello Dongwon,
That's a nice very GPS. You should buy a Garmin blue chart or topo map for it, (it's wasted without). Then you can load waypoints in off your computer screen.
Failing that buy a paper chart and enter the lat/long of your desired waypoint manually but that will require some reading of the GPS manual.
Good luck with your trip.

Re: How to set garmin gpsmap 62s
Hello,
You don't have to spend any more money to get waypoints from your PC.
- here is the cheapskate way I use my 60csx (this should work for your newer 62s too):
1. Install a free OSM map ( http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_Map_On_Garmin )
2. Make a custom map in Google Maps ("My Places") containing all your waypoints
3. Export this from Google Maps as a KML file.
4. Use gpsbabel to convert the KML file to a GPX file. ( http://www.gpsbabel.org/ )
5. Use gpsbabel again to transfer the GPX file to the GPS.
Have fun!
Guy.
