I´m about to get me a new surfkayak. Have been surfing a bit in the Mega Neutron and really liked it! Now I´m just wondering what is the main difference between the mega neutron and the newer neutron RV? Both how they behave in the surf and how it is to sit in them? maybe not much of a difference at all?

Re: Surfkayak Mega neutron vs neutron RV?
RV has more volume and more defined rail, definately surfs better and handles big surf brilliantly. The volume gives you more knee room, means you sit slightly higher in the water at rest, helps with rolling, hoping over waves (though the difference is small), and of course it means the carrying capacity is slightly increased too, but for me its the rail definition that is the biggest improvement. The rail is better defined through the rear third of the boat and for me that just gives a great improvement in carving ability.
If you are buying new then definately go for the RV.
