Salt water paddling

Thinking of going to Nova Scotia for a bit of paddling in Sept. Anybody got any suggestions for a trip - upto 9 days, combining inland paddling with maybe some sea, or all sea, or not in Nova Scotia at all - we're just casting round for ideas at the moment & any suggestions for a good wilderness trip in Eastern Canada gratefully received. The national parks all seem to have tight restrictions on camping etc which puts me off a bit...
