Which GPS

Postby michelin » Sat Jun 09, 2012 8:37 pm

I'm sure this has probably been covered before but can anyone steer me in the right direction for a good GPS for kayaking.I want it to be waterproof and have a pretty good spec ie compass, speed, distance, and the usuall stuff.Any info would be greatfully received.

Can`t go wrong with the Garmin handheld`s. I`ve been using a Garmin Etrex Legend HCx for ages. Waterproof, good battery life and more features than you`ll ever need!

We discussed this very subject last month, do a search in the forum for GPS Explanations.

I tried to link it but it went somewhere else.
