Stolen Boat Sunday 25 Mar

Today on the Dearne weir at Harlington, South Yorkshire we were unloading kayaks into a field. While our backs were turned some scroat on an unmarked quad bike stole my daughter's new kayak, a blue/white Pyranha Molan. We gave chase and nearly caught them but my car does not cross ploughed fields that well. The police followed them into Thurnscoe, but had to back off because they were not wearing helmets and the scroats might have injured themselves in the chase. So, just to put the pressure on, there is upto £500 available for anyone who can provide information that leads to a successful arrest and prosecution of said scroat and the return of Bec's kayak.
