EPIC / Near death experience are missing from the list....at least they always seemed to feature in our trips!
All expeditions should also have some element of suffering and a group hug for bonding purposes.

Nice to see this up here!

This was about the only suffering I came across but I took 2 antihistamines and it was complete gone with an hour or so! Could not believe it- and it was the same on the other side! I tried a team hug but they weren't keen!
I also did a trip report which should hopefully be of use to anyone wanting to paddle the Humla http://www.venturesomeliving.co.uk/humla-karnali-kayak-trip-report-april-2012/
