That was great - good to see Neil getting his own back.
Somehow I don't see it improving our relationship with our Glaswegian neighbours though :-)

Fantastic!
Any time Colin and I met him at school to head up to the Garry or Moriston of a summer evening (or if it was raining why bother to drive past Glen Coe or Glen Etive?) we were under strict instructions not to give the kids any more ammunition against him - Colin's favourite plan was to try and call him Francis Rossi within earshot of a pupil (the ponytail was longer then, never as long as mine though)..... Chances are the youth of today (even the youth of 10 years ago) have no idea who Francis Rossi is.
I knew Neil likes to go to the comedy club in Glasgow, I had no idea it was to heckle ex-pupils though! :-)

Oh god do I feel old.
I can't believe I just saw some notveryyoung comedian referring to going back to his roots in Glasgow when he was growing up etc etc, his old teacher etc etc, and it's one of my contemporaries.
God I feel old.
Anyway Neil, how's it going?
