Offtopic but Tor would do the job, (sorry cant post proper links) www vidalia-project net is the easiest way. It does tend to screw up google (asking you if your a bot or in a generally random way) - even that has a few caveats ( wiki torproject org/noreply/TheOnionRouter/TorFAQ#RemainingAttacks ) . Possibly freenet but finding a random wireless network is probably the safest, depends how paranoid! One would hope that IP's aren't enough to convict someone...
