River Leny - Trees

We were on the leny a couple of days ago - couple of trees to be aware of.

There is a large branch lodged on the left side of the falls, close to the exit 2 or 3 meters from the bank. It's almost completely submerged and may be difficult to see in higher water. Probably not an issue unless there is a capsize, in which case there may a be a possibility of a snag. Worth a closer look if you are running this side.

There is another tree which has fallen into the river at the final drop at the s-bends - river left. This could be quite nasty in higher water when a common route is river left to avoid the central stopper. The tree is pointing upstream and could be a very nasty hazzard in higher water.

Cheers
