Rolling practice in S Devon

Can anyone offer some suggestions as to where I can practice and improve my white water roll this time of year. need somewhere realistic as possible to Grade 3/4 capsizing, other than the obvious surf at Bantham.

Hi Mark, trying to find out if theres anywhere closer to home, Totnes Salmon steps is ok for a bit of bubbly water but doesnt really compare to The NRA wave at Treweryn where I got trashed, I need to get mashed more often so when the next time comes I'll be a bit more prepared if you know what I mean.
