The next talk in the Allenburys Adventure Series is on Tue 15th Feb and promises to be just as good - check out the links to the 'tasters'.
Herts Shore - This one will be a real eye opener as to what is possible to do on an MTB locally - in Herts!
Please do your best to support - bring your colleagues, family and friends - ALL WELCOME - not just ASSC members.
Talk starts at 8pm sharp, doors and bar open from 5pm, entry fee £2 non ASSC (£1 ASSC members, under 16, over 65).
To whet the appetite:-
Somewhere local

I am not exactly sure what Stophe and Jedi will be talking about yet... they are working on it this weekend, but I am pretty sure they will include the showing of films of their adventures in Canada - 'taster' - http://www.pinkbike.com/video/103/ - and here, locally, just a few miles from Ware - 'taster' - http://www.pinkbike.com/video/5173/ - and a bit on the history, evolution and development of the 'North Shore' style of biking and the making of their films.
Now if you don't think this is for ordinary people... think again, I've ridden some of the course in Herts, and with the right bike and a bit of coaching you too could be doing the same :o)... something to do when the rivers are too low to paddle :o)

Stophe and Jedi are local biking pals that I've known for several years, Stophe is a chemical engineer, and Jedi set-up and runs the highly successful UK Bike Skills coaching company - http://www.ukbikeskills.co.uk/ - check it out.
This promises to be a really interesting talk that might just inspire you to get out on your bike and do more - you will be stoked if you miss it :o)
Please pass on to other potentially interested parties - this talk is open to the general public.
Hope to see you there.
Cheers,
Mark
