Boat demos - New Burn and Molan
Courses
Mitchell Blades and Predator Headcams on site
Evening talks/films, presented by Mark R and friends.
Competitions - Rodeo and Boater X

The first Pyranha Dartfest will take place on the weekend of 30/31st January at River Dart Country Park.

Pyranha will be on hand with demos of the new playboat, the 'Molan', to demo and with at least medium and large size 2010 'Burn'. The shop on site run by Bournemouth Canoes will of course be open and will have the vast majority of the rest of the Pyranha demo fleet available for demo and boats to buy. In addition Lance from Mitchell Blades http://www.mitchellblades.co.uk/will have a stall with demo paddles and of course can discuss your requirements - again Mitchell Blades are available to buy from the shop on site. Predator headcams will be on site as well.http://www.predatorworld.co.uk

Fluidskills will be doing some courses over the weekend http://www.fluidskills.com 07946763667
Caron Geal will be running an Intermediate Ladies River Running course http://www.carongeal.co.uk/coach.html 07803610722
We hope to announce other courses in the next couple of days.

We will be running a Rodeo over the weekend - we encourage everybody to join in on this one whatever boat you're in - more points for old school moves and big boats. We will also be running a Boater X.

The Evening will see some talks, films, prizes and dancing (there may be some drinking as well). We'll make some further posts about the final line up but I can confirm that Mark R is presenting.

We'll keep you updated as details become confirmed. Let us know if you have any questions, requests etc

Hi Tim, Im interested in what feature you plan to use for the rodeo. Looking at the current levels and rain forecast im guessing the anvil?
If so are you planning on putting in the blocks again like they used to do for freestyle comps?
Whats the plan?

Ollie

Thanks for your interest.

In honesty the plan is to work with what we've got on the day but yeah the Anvil is definitely where we are intending to use.

Like all our events the emphasis is on participation and fun rather than strict scoring and team placings.

If you're interested in joining in whether through participation or helping out then please come and see us on our stand by the Sawmill bar

thanks
Tim
