Cheshire Ring Race 2012

The Cheshire Ring Race is looming- it is on the 30th June 2012. This is a mere stroll of 96 miles paddling over 24 hrs around Manchester and the Cheshire countryside. I completed it last year and it really is an excellent event. Having completed DW this year, it would be nice to do The Ring again. My partner in a K2 last year is K1'ing this year so I need a paddling partner for it. It is a very friendly event run by MADCC. If anyone is interested, please drop me a line.

We'd love to do it, but it's arranging the support that's the problem, especially after the DW

If you are interested give me a call on 07717 201082, there might be a way around it in that some kind soles through MADCC might assist, last year, Graham and I essentially did it unsupported in that we secreted food/drink stashes around the route on the friday afternoon, it worked very well mick rogers

Hi Mike,

Congrats on last year's Silver. Hidden stashes ... it wasn't your crate of beer tins we spotted in the woods on the RHS shortly after the start, was it?
We were very sorely tempted to pick them up and take them with us :-)
